Meet the Team

Bruce Goldie

Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Goldie is the founder and CEO of The Goldie Group, and Chairman of Electronics Renewal LLC. He is a seasoned industry veteran who oversees the strategic vision of both companies. Prior to entering the telecom industry, Bruce served as the Senior VP of one of Boston’s largest banks playing a key role in its acquisition in 1993.  In additional to being a proud husband, father and grandfather, Bruce is dedicated to philanthropic endeavors and is tireless about giving back to his community. 

Kenneth Goldie

President and Chief Operating Officer

Kenneth, aka Kenny, is a serial entrepreneur and experienced industry executive.  As its second employee, Kenny has overseen and driven growth and expansion of the Goldie Group since its inception.  He works closely with all of the major players in the wireless space throughout the world, and helps drive strategy of our IoT, enterprise, SMB and municipal business.   Today, Kenny serves as the President and global COO of the organization.  A fervent Hoosier, he holds a Bachelor of Business Sciences from Indiana University.  

Bill Burrows

Chief Financial Officer

Bill is Vice President, Finance, Planning, Accounting, and Analysis, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all financial activities of the company.  Bill comes to Goldie Group with 25+ years of experience leading finance teams across a variety of industries, most recently serving in a key financial leadership role for Brightstar North America.  Bill has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he is still very actively involved in the university’s entrepreneurship community. 

David J. Rothschild

Chief Technology Officer

David brings 20+ years of corporate experience to Goldie Group with companies such as JPMorgan Chase, VFC, and State Street Bank and Trust. He has a proven record of delivering large-scale IT strategies and projects, from development of VDI solutions to hybrid cloud / on-prem, as well as implementing IT security and controls.

David has spent the last 10 years as the Chief Technology Officer for the group managing all hardware, software, database development, and IT strategic vision, working with a team of employees to bring best-in-class service and support and help support our mantra of “IT as a differentiator” for our clients.

Jason Goldie

Executive Vice President, Head of Supply Chain

Jason, a graduate of Indiana University School of Management, began his career with the firm in 2009. In just a few short years he assumed the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the group where he created and leads the Value-Add Services Division. His pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his philosophy of running the leanest division possible. Jason is an active member of several organizations which donate consumer electronics to those who are less fortunate and he has been working diligently on Boston Police Association; a non-profit which donates its entire annual proceeds to the training and staffing of police personnel.

Robert Dumais

Senior Vice President, Business Development

With over 25 years of sales and business development experience, Bob is a true industry veteran as a member of the Goldie Group executive team.  He oversees the growth and strategic market expansion initiatives for the team and is actively involved in new, and existing, customer pursuits.  Prior to joining Goldie Group in 2019, he held a variety of sales and business development executive management roles with some of the industry’s leading global 3PLs including Ingram Micro, FedEx Supply Chain (GENCO), and Celestica.  Bob’s focus has been promoting a complete suite of forward, and reverse, logistics solutions supporting a myriad of customers throughout the mobile device ecosystem, including  wireless carriers, MVNOs, network operators, cable providers, OEMs, insurers, trade-in, retail, and e-tail customers.  Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Bentley University.

Joe Murgo

Vice President, Sales

Joe is Vice President of Channel Sales and is responsible for driving products and services  to our strategic customers, including MVNOs, regional carriers, and enterprise clients. Joe joined the team in 2016 and boasts a successful track record of 30 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the wireless distribution and value-added logistics services.

Before joining the Goldie Group Joe worked for Ericsson and InfoSonics, and most recently oversaw North American sales for WSA Distributing where he nurtured key relationships and stimulated strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. 

Stephanie Homesley

Director, Finance and Administration

Stephanie attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Marketing and Business Administration. She began her Finance and Administration career in the global recycling technology industry in 2008. and, after taking time off to start a family, she joined The Goldie Group’s Accounting department in 2014 where she has moved up the ranks into a variety of leadership positions.  In addition to our responsibilities leading our Accounting Department and Stephanie is also the on-site Director of Human Resources. 

Mike Patterson

Senior Director of Operations

Mike began his career in the wireless industry in 1996 by leading the warehouse operations for Telesource Cellular located in Pontiac, MI.  After being acquired by The Wireless Source in 1999, Mike continued to head up the daily operations and and added the position of Technical Services Manager to his responsibilities. During that time, Mike trained for certification in OEM repairs with several manufacturers including Motorola, Nokia, and Samsung. In 2008 Mike joined The Goldie Group as Director of Operations and has been instrumental in implementing many new processes that have increased the overall efficiencies of the operations, leading to better order processing, reduced defect rates, and improved customer satisfaction.  He is one of our most tenured leaders and an integral member of the operations management team.
